The Team page in the dashboard shows all members of your company account and lets admins manage access.

Inviting a team member

Open the Team page

In the dashboard, click Team in the left navigation.

Send an invite

Click Invite member, enter their email address, and select their role. Click Send invite.They will receive an email with a link to set their password and download the Forager app if they are a tech.

Confirm they appear in the list

Invited members appear immediately in the team list with a Pending badge until they accept the invite and log in.

Removing a member

Click the menu next to a team member’s name and select Remove. Their account is deactivated immediately. Any attestations they previously recorded remain in the system.
Removing a member cannot be undone from the dashboard. Contact Forager support if you need to reinstate a removed user.

Last active

The Last Active column shows when each member last used the Forager app or dashboard. Use this to identify inactive accounts that should be removed.
